| The following terms and conditions govern the sale of products by Carport Nation. By submitting your on-line order to Carport Nation, you have indicated your acceptance to be bound by these terms and conditions of sale. At Carport Nation’s sole discretion, these terms and conditions may be changed without prior notice at any time before Carport Nation accepts your order. |

| Payment Terms |
| 10% of Payment is due upon the placing of the order, with the balance to be paid on delivery and set-up. Once an order is placed by credit card, the credit card account will be verified at the time the order is placed. Should a credit card be declined, so will be the order. Orders are processed ONLY upon receipt of payment or prior arrangement. |

| Disclaimer of Warranty |
| When products are shipped to you, their limited warranties applicable to products are in effect and are included with the shipment. Certain products may have additional warranties provided by the original manufacturer but not by Carport Nation. On our web site, "as is" products may not have warranties from Carport Nation (other than those warranties implied by and incapable of exclusion, restriction or modification under applicable law), but may still hold warranties from the manufacturer. |

| Shipping, Handling, and Tax Charges |
| The buyer is responsible for any taxes or tariffs associated with your purchase. |

| Prices |
| Prices shown on the Carport Nation site include FREE delivery and set-up. All prices are in U.S. dollars. The price charged for an order will be the price in effect at the time the order is made. Nonetheless, if the price drops before shipment and you notify Carport Nation of the lower price before the product is shipped, in which case (and in that case only) the price charged will be the lower price. |

| Limitation of Liability |
| The maximum liability to you for products purchased from Carport Nation shall be limited to the purchase price you have paid for the products and be upheld by our distributor. Also, Carport Nation will not be liable for any property damage, personal injury, loss of use, interruption of business, loss of profits, or other consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages. This applies to all situations however caused, whether for breach of warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), and strict liability or otherwise, other than those damages that are incapable of limitation, exclusion or restriction under applicable law. |

| Carport Nation reserves the right to change or to cancel it at any time before accepting your order. For all refunds, you need to precisely follow the previous return procedures to ensure the return of your refund. When your return is accepted, we will process your credit as soon as possible. |

| No Modification |
| Any additional or altered terms attached or adhering to an order shall be null and void and without effect, unless agreed to in writing by Carport Nation. These terms and conditions may not be modified, altered or amended without the written agreement of Carport Nation. |

| Severability |
| If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be illegal, invalid or un-enforceable, in whole or in part, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired. The terms and conditions stated herein are declared to be Severable. |

| General |
| You may not assign this agreement without Carport Nation’s prior written consent. Carport Nation is the intended beneficiaries of this agreement. If there is any inconsistency between this agreement and other agreement included with or relating to products purchased from Carport Nation, this agreement shall take precedence. |

| Linking and Framing the Web Site |
| Links to the Web Site without the express permission of Carport Nation are strictly prohibited. Carport Nation reserves the right to cancel and revoke any permission it may give to link to the Web Site at any time, for any reason, without any notice, and without any liability to you or any other person. The framing of the Web Site or any of its content in any form and by any method is strictly prohibited. |

Delivery & Installation
|
| All products offered at Carport Nation come standard with delivery and installation included in the price. Normal delivery and installation is within 2 to 4 weeks from the date of order. |

| Here are some things you should know: |

- Lot must be level or unit will be installed "as is" on lot. (There will be an extra charge if installers have to dig out or cut frame to level.)
|
- Please inform installers of any underground cables, gas lines, or any other utility lines. We will not be responsible for any damage. Customers are responsible for permits or any other restrictions.
|
- If land is not level or additions are to be made to carport, a $50 return trip service charge will be added to the balance.
|
- A down payment of 10% is required to be paid on all orders.
|
- Balance is to be paid in full at time of installation.
|
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, money order and cash. (All orders to be paid at time of installation)
|
- No refunds on special order items or down payments.
|
- Frame is one-foot shorter than roof length wise.

How long will it take to get my carport delivered after I place my order? |

Usually it takes 2-4 weeks from the time the order is received from the dealer, and no longer than 6 weeks. |

I'm pouring the cement slab for my carport. What size do I need to make it? |
| Answer: |
The slab should be 3/4" wider and 1' shorter in length. |

What is the highest leg height I can order? |
| Answer: |
Generally the highest leg height we provide is 12', anything higher can be ordered with special approval. |

What margin of adjustment will I have to level my carport? |
| Answer: |
You will have about 3 to 4 inches to adjust with. |

Can I add options to my carport after it has been installed? |

In some situations. We only provide materials for CCI carports. For all post-instalation additions, there is a $50 service charge. If you are adding walk-in or garage doors your carport must have been installed with legs taller than 6' |

What types of anchors are used? |

1. 3' rebar anchor for ground and asphalt installations
2. Double helix mobile home anchors for an additional charge or standard with certified carports on ground installations only.
3. Wedge anchors for concrete installations |

What is the pitch in the center of the carport? |

The pitch varies depending on the width of the carport. With the majority of our products it could range from 2 1/2' to 4' |

What are the dimensions of the carport, outside to outside? |
| Answer: |
We measure out carports in Width x Length x Height. Example: 18 x 21 x 6
Length dimension is measured by the roof metal having a 6" overhang on each end of the bottom base rail is one foot shorter than the roof. Width is measured from the outer edge of one base railacross to the other outer edge of the base rail. |
